Notary Stamp for Michigan State
The state of Michigan does not require a notary stamp or seal. However if one is used an embosser alone may not be used, only in addition to your official stamp. The stamp should include: the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "State of Michigan", "County of __________ ", "My commission expires ____________" and Acting in the County of ____________". The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Massachusetts State 1
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "Commonwealth of Massachusetts" or "Massachusetts", "My commission expires on ...", and and a facsimile of the Great Seal of Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ink color may be black only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Massachusetts State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "Commonwealth of Massachusetts" or "Massachusetts", "My commission expires on ...", and and a facsimile of the Great Seal of Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ink color may be black only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Maryland State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and the County (or City of Baltimore) for which the notary was appointed. A symbol may be used, the the Great Seal is prohibited. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -

An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and the County (or City of Baltimore) for which the notary was appointed.
