Details
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and the County (or City of Baltimore) for which the notary was appointed. A symbol may be used, the the Great Seal is prohibited.
The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
