The seal must contain the name of Notary, the words "Notarial Seal", "Iowa" "Commission Number" followed by the commission number and "My Commission Expires" followed by the date or a blank line to write in the date. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -

A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must round with a border and contain the the Notary's name, the identification number of the notary's commission, the words "Notary Public and "State of Mississippi" "County ________" and "Commission Expires ______". The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. *NOTE: Nebraska Notarial Statutes mandate the seal be an inked stamp. An embosser is no longer referenced. -
