Notary Stamps & Supplies

The state of Kentucky does not require a notary stamp or seal, but if one is used then it must contain: the Notary's name and title of Notary Public such as "Notary Public-State at Large" or "Notary Public-Special Commission". The commission number and expiration date my be used but are not required. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
