Notary Stamps & Supplies

A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must include the Notary's name, the Commission Expiration Date, the words "State of Nebraska", "General Notary" or "General Notarial". The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. *NOTE: Nebraska Notarial Statutes mandate the seal be an inked stamp. An embosser is no longer referenced.
