Notary Stamps & Supplies

An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the Commission #, the words "Notary Public", "State of Missouri", and "Notary Seal". If using a rubber stamp, the seal must contain the county and the commission expiration date. The ink color must be black and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
