Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: The coat of arms of Ohio within a one inch circle and surrounded by the words, “Notary Public,” “Notarial Seal,” “Notary Public’s name,” and “State of Ohio.” The name of the Notary may, instead of appearing on the seal, be printed, typewritten, or stamped in legible, printed letters near the notary’s signature on each document signed by the notary public. Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means. -

The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. *NOTE: Nebraska Notarial Statutes mandate the seal be an inked stamp. An embosser is no longer referenced. -

Notary Stamp for Michigan State - Round
The state of Michigan does not require a notary stamp or seal. However if one is used an embosser alone may not be used, only in addition to your official stamp. The stamp should include: the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "State of Michigan", "County of __________ ", "My commission expires ____________" and Acting in the County of ____________". The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
