Notary Stamp for Alabama State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The requirements are: the Notary’s Name, the words "Notary Public", "Alabama" and "State at Large". The expiration date is may be included but isn't required. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Alaska State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The requirements are: the Notary’s Name, the words "Notary Public" and "State at Alaska". The expiration date is optional. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Arkansas State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. Seal must contain the Notary’s Name, the words "Notary Public" and "Alaska", the commission exp. date, the commission number, and the county where the bond is filed. The ink color may be black or blue only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Connecticut State - Round
The state of Connecticut does not require a notarized stamp. However, if a notarized stamp is used it can be embossed or rubber inked and must contain: the Notary’s Name, the words "Notary Public" and "Connecticut" and My Comm Exp.. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clearly and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Delaware State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. Seal must contain: the Notary’s Name, and the words "Notary Public" "My Commission expires on " and "State at Delaware". The ink color may be black only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Florida State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. Seal must contain: the Notary’s Name, Commission Exp. Date, Commission Number and the words "Notary Public" and "State of Florida". A symbol can be added to the seal, however the Great Seal of the State of Florida is strictly prohibited. The ink color may be black only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Georgia State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. Seal must contain: the Notary’s Name, and the words "Notary Public, "Georgia" and "________ County". The Commission expiration date may be included but isn't required. The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Hawaii State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. Seal must be circular with a serrated or milled edge border and may not be larger than a 2" diameter. The requirements are: the Notary’s Name, the commission number and the words "Notary Public" and "State of Hawaii". The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Idaho State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must have a serrated or milled edge border. The requirements are: the Notary’s Name, the words "Notary Public" and "State at Idaho". No other information or graphics may be used on seal. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Indiana State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "State of Indiana" and "Seal". The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Iowa State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the name of Notary, the words "Notarial Seal", "Iowa" "Commission Number" followed by the commission number and "My Commission Expires" followed by the date or a blank line to write in the date. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Kansas State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and "State of Kansas". "My appointment expires ________" may be added but is not required. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Kentucky State - Round
The state of Kentucky does not require a notary stamp or seal, but if one is used then it must contain: the Notary's name and title of Notary Public such as "Notary Public-State at Large" or "Notary Public-Special Commission". The commission number and expiration date my be used but are not required. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Louisiana State - Round
The state of Louisiana does not require a notary stamp or seal, but if one is used then it must contain: the Notary's name, the Notary Number, the Parish, and the words "Notary Public", "". The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Maine State - Round
The state of Maine does not require a notary embosser or a rubber ink stamp. However if one is used then it should include: the Notary's name, the Notary's ID #, the words "Notary Public", "either "Maine, "ME" or the Great Seal of Maine. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Maryland State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and the County (or City of Baltimore) for which the notary was appointed. A symbol may be used, the the Great Seal is prohibited. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Massachusetts State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "Commonwealth of Massachusetts" or "Massachusetts", "My commission expires on ...", and and a facsimile of the Great Seal of Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ink color may be black only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Mississippi State - Round
A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must round with a border and contain the the Notary's name, the identification number of the notary's commission, the words "Notary Public and "State of Mississippi" "County ________" and "Commission Expires ______". The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -

If using a rubber stamp, the seal must contain the county and the commission expiration date. The ink color must be black and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -

An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the Commission #, the words "Notary Public", "State of Missouri", and "Notary Seal". If using a rubber stamp, the seal must contain the county and the commission expiration date. The ink color must be black and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for Nebraska State
A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must include the Notary's name, the Commission Expiration Date, the words "State of Nebraska", "General Notary" or "General Notarial". The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. *NOTE: Nebraska Notarial Statutes mandate the seal be an inked stamp. An embosser is no longer referenced. -
Notary Stamp for New Hampshire State - Round
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and "New Hampshire". The rubber stamp requires the commission expiration date. If using an embosser, a separate rubber stamp containing the commission expiration date must be used. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -

A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The stamp must contain the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "New Jersey" and Commission Expiration Date. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible. -
Notary Stamp for New York State - Round
A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The stamp requires the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public" and "State of New York", the County name, commission expiration date, and registration number (if required). The ink color must be black and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
